Product description

Removable threaded repetition fasteners that combine the positioning speed of the fastener with the removability of a screw.

Advantages

  • Tin-plated steel versions available on request to facilitate welding and good electric conductivity
  • Provides greater resistance to "thread-locking" vibration in the installed material compared with standard screws
  • Removable for maintenance with a hex key, and reusable
  • Expands radially during installation to form a thread in the host material, eliminating the risk of exceeding installation and stripping torque.
  • Positioned using a hexagonal spindle that expands the threaded diameter radially, adjacent to its six corners
  • Eliminates the need for expensive tapping or thread-cutting
  • Can be used to fix most materials with Vickers hardness up to105 Hv5
  • Can be fed by a vibrator for large volume applications using automatic equipment.
