Product description

Repetition fasteners with bulbing tail that provide constant high clamping and cutting force. Can be used to assemble many materials, including metal, plastics and aluminium alloy.

Advantages

  • Stainless steel versions available on request for applications subject to high temperature or corrosion
  • Lower welding positioning costs or lower costs of the fasteners to be positioned.
  • The bevelled tail makes insertion into the hole easy
  • The bulbing tail and the shortening of the fastener during installation ensure great clamping force
  • The bulbing tail and the wide head provide a wide support surface for soft materials
  • It expands radially during installation to ensure maximum filling of the hole.
  • Tin plated brass versions available on request to facilitate welding and good electric conductivity
  • Can be fed by a vibrator for large volume applications using automatic equipment.
